Owner/chef Eric Skokan is continuing his Sunday “Dirt Dinner” series that focuses on ingredients grown in his own garden; the May 31 menu features Swiss chard. Dinner, which starts at 5:30 p.m., costs $38 per person; if you order two dinners or more, you get a complimentary bottle of wine. Reservations are recommended; call 303-444-5500.
