Now’s your chance: We opened voting for the Best of Denver 2015, our annual celebration of the city, on Wednesday. You can now vote online in the Best of Denver Readers’ Poll to let us know both your old favorites and new finds in more than eighty food and drink categories.

Also in Cafe Society this week, Gretchen Kurtz bee-bim-bhopped her way through the menu at the new Colorado Boulevard outpost of Dae Gee Korean BBQ, and Mark Antonation got lost in Louisville before finding Salvadoran salvation at the Pupusas trailer.

Craft brewery openings have slowed down from the breakneck pace of last year, but one new brewhouse and tap room, Nighthawk Brewery in Broomfield, started pouring its first beers today, while beer man Jonathan Shikes told us about Sleeping Giant Brewing Company, a production brewery set to begin contract brewing for a wide range of other beer companies this month. Sleeping Giant won’t have a tap room, but instead will be pumping out more suds for Denver drinkers to help regional brewers keep up with demand. In other news:
