The challenges facing local news organizations are very real. That's why reader support matters more than ever. If you believe independent journalism matters, make a contribution today and help us reach our summer fundraising goal of $25,000 by August 9.
The Broadway Farmers’ Market will bring out the harvest bounty this evening from 5 to 9 p.m. The gathering take place every Wednesday through September 11 at the South Broadway Christian Church, 23 Lincoln Street.

The market features organic produce, flowers, Colorado goods and local live music in the street. And tonight’s festivities will include a free photo booth, back-to-school giveaways for the first thirty kids to arrive — including a free scoop courtesy of Sweet Action Ice Cream — and a face painter/balloon artist.
