A veteran chef (hobby #1), Clark turned an interest in home brewing (hobby #2) into BRU handbuilt ales & eats, a brewpub in Boulder that he and his wife designed (hobby #3), and then he largely built himself (hobby #4). “My dad had me up on a roof when I was ten years old,” Clark laughs.

Clark was with Big Red F, most recently as the chef of Jax Boulder, when he decided that it was time to merge all of his own hobbies at BRU.
