Chances is celebrating its first-year anniversary with a three-day bash that starts tonight and ends on Saturday. The festivities will include fifteen-plus DJs providing bass-thumping tunes well into the night, along with free food and drinks until they run out.

“It’s been a great year, and getting better and better,” says owner Mike Villano, a former member of the band Chaos Theory. “It’s been really cool to get such a great response, even though we’re out of bounds.”

Since opening last year in the space previously occupied by Wolfie’s, Chances has evolved from a sports bar to an upscale grill that’s become a new hotspot for spinsters in the Denver club scene.

This birthday weekend, the beats will begin at 7 p.m. each night and will resonant until close.
