Denver has several good cooking schools, and tonight the Seasoned Chef Cooking School is offering a class called A Bavarian Christmas, which should help you broaden your festive feast horizons.

A Bavarian Christmas at the Seasoned Chef Cooking School will explore hearty and warming celebratory dishes, including spaetzel, dumplings and homemade sausage. Class runs from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. and tuition is $75; find out more here.
