More than forty favorite restaurants of Westword food writers and readers will be sampling delectable dishes at DISH; here’s what Cracovia Polish-American Restaurant & Bar will be serving:

Handcrafted Kielbasa (above):
Mouth-watering smoked Polish sausage made-in house (grilled) and topped with caramelized onions. Served with Lester’s homemade mustard!

Potato & Cheese Pierogi: Handcrafted Polish dumplings made in-house, drizzled with melted butter and caramelized onions. Filled with cheese and potato, and assorted spices.

Bigos (Hunter’s Stew): Polish hunter’s stew. A savory blend of sauerkraut, sweet cabbage, slow cooked pork, mushrooms and diced smoked kielbasa in a hot stew.

All three of these dishes are also on Cracovia’s regular menu, so after you sample them at DISH, you can enjoy the full version at Cracovia, the Polish-American restaurant at 8121 West 94th Avenue in Westminster.
