Euclid Hall, 1317 14th Street, is already well known for its craft beer selection, but the beer hall is beefing up its efforts this month with a weekly “Backwall Tap Takeover,” featuring rare beers from around the country.

Today’s takeover comes from California’s Firestone Walker: The restaurant will be pouring a barrel-aged bitter ale, a limited-edition imperial stout and an anniversary ale from the brewery. Call 303-595-4255 for more information.
And just around the corner, at 1431 Larimer Street, Rioja will revive its “Sips and Snacks” deal this month. From 5 p.m. until close every Tuesday in January, the restaurant will pair four select wines with snacks from the kitchen for $15. On January 8, the featured wines will be riojas — no surprise there! Call 303-820-2282 for details.
