Somehow, the holidays are right around the corner — but thanks to these local restaurants, you can take at least one thing off your plate. This Thanksgiving, skip the hassle of cooking and pre-order your feast for more time around the table with those you love.
Options range from turkey and traditional sides to globally-inspired meals, all of which come with simple heat-and-serve instructions. Vegan and gluten-free dishes are available, too, as are holiday pies and other sweets. Here’s where to get Thanksgiving dinner to-go in Denver:
Barbosa’s Barbeque
Order à la carte from this local caterer offering a whole smoked turkey ($145), smoked turkey breast ($90) and prime beef brisket ($190), plus scratch-made sides including green chile queso mac, blue corn cornbread and loaded Creole potato salad ($20-$45). Delivery is available to metro area addresses on Tuesday, November 25, for a $50 fee. You can also opt for pick-up from Novel Strand Brewing Company at 305 West First Avenue on Wednesday, November 26. Place your order via Barbosa’s online form by Thursday, November 20.

The Benson Hotel’s signature restaurant is offering blackened chicken breast with turkey gravy, smashed red potatoes, green bean casserole, chorizo stuffing, chipotle cranberry sauce, cornbread muffins and spiced cake in its to-go meal, which feeds six to eight people and cost $225. Only twenty kits are available for pre-purchase on the website; reserve yours promptly and no later than Wednesday, November 19, then pick up at the Common Good on Wednesday, November 26.

Rather than turkey, the $150 two-person meal from this Asian-fusion eatery features Peking duck with mushroom scallion pancakes and char siu, plus cucumber salad, pan-seared shrimp scampi dumplings, spicy mushroom ramen with parmesan truffle broth and matcha tiramisu for dessert. Pre-order via OpenTable and pick up at Dumplin’ on Wednesday, November 26.
The Easy Vegan

Complete with pies and appetizers, the “no bones” holiday harvest from the Easy Vegan features eight courses for one or the whole family. Pre-orders open on Monday, November 3, with pick-up available from its kitchen on Tuesday, November 25, or Wednesday, November 26.

The full kit serves six and costs $395 on OpenTable. Get everything but the bird for $225; sides can also be purchased à la carte. Pumpkin pie can be added for $32, while pecan pie is priced at $42. Pick-up is available from the steakhouse on Tuesday, November 25, or Wednesday, November 26.
J Street Food Truck
Buy à la carte from J Street Food Truck or opt for a full meal bundle including oven-roasted turkey breast for four to six ($229) or a whole roasted bird that feeds ten to twelve ($299).
