The city has just issued its revised Food Truck Guide — a new document that pulls together all the old rules that still regulate the operation of mobile food vendors in this city. Yes, some seem contradictory, others very outdated, as councilmembers acknowledged at a committee meeting three weeks ago, where they considered the first draft of this guide.
Take a look at the revised guide below, then share your thoughts with Denver City Councilwoman Carla Madison, whose district includes much of downtown and other truck hotspots and who is heading a task force considering revisions to the rules.
