Dos Casas at Lola tonight features good food for a good cause

Dos Casas, the fundraising dinner featuring some of the town’s top chefs at Lola tonight, is almost completely sold out, but if you work fast, you may be able to grab a seat at the bar or that last-four-top and enjoy good food for a very good cause. “Brent’s Place, and all the great things they do to help cancer patients, is extremely near and dear to everyone at Lola, and to all the chefs who participate in this event,” says Jamey Fader, the culinary director of Big Red F and Lola’s founding chef who’s been organizing Dos Casas for years. “It’s our way of showing our gratitude for all of the wonderful support they give to kids coping with cancer.”

In addition to Fader, the chefs will be Paul Reilly of Beast & Bottle, Matt Selby of Central Bistro & Bar, Keegan Gerhard and Lisa Bailey of D Bar Desserts, Alex Seidel of Fruition, Brandon Biederman of Ace, Goose Sorenson of Solera, Tyler Wiard of Elway’s, Pete Marczyk of Marczyk Fine Foods and Troy Guard of TAG.

The event runs from 5:30 to 10 p.m. and includes a silent auction, live music by The Congress and a five-course meal with wine pairings. Here’s the lineup:
