Made with Fris Vodka, DeKuyper Peppermint Schnapps and Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur and garnished with a cherry, this black martini ($8) is served straight-up with a thin layer of ice on top. Like an Andes mint candy, it practically melts in your mouth; your inhibitions will soon melt away, too. And Sambuca is just the place to enjoy a decadent night of fine drinking and music. The knowledgeable bartenders also make mean Creamsicle and Lemon Drop martinis; the dimly lit bar features a kickin’ appetizer menu, and every night great local-jazz jam sessions blare from the dining-room stage, starting at 7:30 p.m. So grab a cushy barstool or faux-leopard-skin booth and start groovin’ with some of the snazziest cats in town.
