It might be chilly outside, but the scene inside Mynt Lounge, a chic new LoDo club, is hotter than Miami Beach in July. Mynt features extensive mojito and martini lineups. Among the martinis is the Strawberry Banana Martini ($7), made with Stoli Strasberi Vodka and crème de banana. Served shaken, straight up and garnished with fresh bananas and strawberries, the bright-red drink is like a delicious, alcoholic fruit smoothie. And Mynt’s happy hour, which runs from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily and all day Sunday and Monday, is quite a deal: Most drinks are priced at $3 — including the Strawberry Banana Martini.
Open since late summer, the small, minty-green Mynt is the latest color-themed destination for lounge lizards who make the weekend rounds between Blue 67, Citrus and the Purple Martini.
