It was bun while it lasted: Eco-Burger has closed in Cherry Creek.
David Pellegrin and his wife, Rebekah Donovan Pellegrin, who also owned the now-defunct Q Worldly Barbecue, opened the burger spot exactly a year ago in the former home of Soleil Mediterranean Grill, which they’d closed three months earlier.
Here’s the message you get when you now call Eco-Burger: “Today is June 8, 2011. We’re sorry to let you know we are closed for business as of today. We’re looking into opening an Eco-burger at a different location outside of Cherry Creek, but at the moment, we are closed for business…”
