Black Cat Bistro chef/owner Eric Skokan will be at the Tattered Cover on Colfax Avenue at 7 p.m. tonight to discuss and sign his book, Farm, Fork, Food: A Year of Spectacular Recipes Inspired by Black Cat Farm. The Denver International Wine Festival is underway at the Omni Interlocken. From 6 to 9 p.m. at Parsine, ten Colorado chefs will create twenty culinary pairings with wenty Gold-Medal wines from the 2014 Denver International Wine Competition. Tickets are $100, find out more here.
