Last we heard, Monday was meant to be the opening day for Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen, Jennifer Jasinski’s new tavern at 1314 Fourteenth Street, but Jasinski, her business partner Beth Gruitch and chef de cuisine Jorel Pierce quietly opened the doors today with minimal fanfare. “We did it sneakily,” admitted Jasinski, when I stopped by this afternoon to check out the two-tiered space, which is, in a word, spectacular.
We’ll tell you a lot more about Euclid Hall on Monday, but in the meantime, here’s a sneak peak at what you have to look forward to. And, just in case you’re wondering, Euclid Hall is open until 2 a.m. tonight; it’ll open tomorrow and Sunday at 3 p.m. and at 11 a.m. on Monday.
