The second in a quartet of Modmarket locations slated to debut this year opened this week at Kent Place Center, 3475 South University Boulevard. “We are thrilled to introduce Modmarket to this part of the metro area,” said founders Anthony Pigliacampo and Rob McColgan in advance of Wednesday’s ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday. “We believe the menu, decor and dining experience will resonate with the health-conscious Englewood community.”
The health-conscious, fast-casual chain, which got its start in Boulder in 2009, now has five stores in metro Denver, with spots soon to open in Longmont (September) and downtown Denver (November).
