Fero’s Bar & Grill is a longtime dive on the edge of Glendale, a place to get a quick drink before the movies or a cheap steak if you’re staying at a hotel in the area. Over the decades, it’s kept a low profile — until now.
As Denver Police Chief Robert White revealed at a press conference at 5:30 a.m. this morning, five people were found dead at Fero’s early this morning, in what’s being investigated as “an arson-homicide.”

According to White, the Glendale Fire Department had gotten a call at 1:50 a.m. this morning about a fire at Fero’s, 357 South Colorado Boulevard. Firefighters raced to the scene, and discovered five fatalities — four females and one male — all with what White described as “some trauma” to their bodies.
