Frasca Food and Wine is turning ten in August and will celebrate a decade of serving its nationally acclaimed brand of Italian-inspired cuisine with a special menu for the week of August 4 through August 9. Since that’s a month away, why are we telling you know? In part, because landing a table at Frasca requires a little advance planning. But more important, because you could help decide what’s served that week.

Owners Bobby Stuckey and Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson are letting guests chime in with their favorite dishes; the “greatest hits” (as they’re calling it) list will be offered a la carte during the anniversary week. So if you have fond memories of a perfect bite from a Frasca menu over the past ten years, they want to know about it.

Send your suggestion by Wednesday, July 9, to Frasca using one of these social media connections: email, Twitter (use #FrascaFavorite), Instagram or Facebook (“like” and comment).

If you participate, you’ll be entered into a drawing for dinner for two during the anniversary week, among other prizes. Frasca will announce the menu and wine pairings after the submission deadline.
