This week in Cafe Society, Gretchen Kurtz visited Namaste India, run by two young men from Nepal, that serves good — if Americanized — Indian fare, for her weekly review. Mark Antonation, continuing his trek up Federal Boulevard, grabbed a taste of summer at the surf-themed El Camaron Loco. For this week’s Chef and Tell, Lori Midson talked to Amy Sayles, pastry chef of Panzano, who’s working to make sure every dessert “is the best I can make it.”
