Mark Antonation has been eating his way up Federal Boulevard and posting weekly dispatches on Cafe Society. This week he landed at Vietnam Bay, at 472 South Federal Boulevard, where the pristine white facade and nautical blue logo don’t begin to hint at the collision of Louisiana and Vietnamese cuisine within.

Meanwhile, Lori Midson went to a very different part of town, Cherry Creek, to visit with John Little, the executive chef of Harman’s Eat & Drink, in the former home of Phat Thai, for this week’s Chef and Tell.
