Chef Troy Froman of La Tour will be sharing some of his culinary tips, tricks and recipes during a cooking demonstration from noon to 1 p.m. at Betty Ford Alpine Gardens in Vail. Froman will be making compressed watermelon and burrata cheese with apples, pickled red onion, rosemary croutons, viet herbs, aged balsamic and extra virgin olive oil.
