Gatsby’s has opened in the former home of the Wine Loft at 1527 Wazee Street. The speakeasy-style lounge is now offering a preliminary menu of “gourmet bites” and crafted cocktails — and that lineup will expand once the restaurant puts the finishing touches on its concept.

Gatsby’s is also offering a happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Call 720-519-1632 for more information.
And out at Denver International Airport, Crú Food & Wine Bar just opened on Concourse B. The spot isn’t as spacious as the locations in Larimer Square and Vistas at Park Meadows, but it has a broad and ever-changing list of wines available by the bottle, in tasting flights or by the glass; the menu features appetizers and panini sandwiches, individual-sized gourmet pizzas, domestic cheeses and desserts to pair with wine.
