Chefs Alex Figura of Lower48 Kitchen and Jake Rosenbarger of Kim & Jake’s Cakes are teaming up once again to host a gluten-free evening at Lower48. Keep reading to learn more about this unique night of gluten-free grub.

The menu format at Lower48 Kitchen will remain the same this evening — featuring “Each,” “Small,” and “Daily” plates — but every dish will be completely gluten-free. The a la carte dishes include bacon-wrapped whole trout, corn dogs with housemade mustard, poached Alabama shrimp, whole-roasted Colorado chicken, caramelized squash soup and more. Even the drinks will be gluten-free, with cocktails, wine and gluten-free beer available.
