Former Top Chef contestant Richard Blais was in Denver recently, and he’s still all shook up over what he found when he visited H Burger: a copycat version of his Burnt Marshmallow and Nutella milkshake.

“Maybe I should just be flattered?” he asks in this steaming-mad blog post. “But instead, it makes me want to load up my smoking gun and do a mother fucking drive-thru drive by.”

Fortunately, Blais lives in Atlanta — which should give Ian Kleinman, the molecular gastronomy wizard and consultant who gave H Burger its liquid nitrogen milkshakes, plenty of time to duck.
