Gridiron Grille is set to open Friday at 5650 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard in Greenwood Village. The address, which was formerly occupied by the Royal Gorge, was taken over by local sports fans Tony McGuinnis and his sister-in-law, Audra Jackson Powers.
The two plan to offer an affordable menu featuring an array of sandwiches, burgers, pizza and Mexican dishes; sports enthusiasts can watch events on the Grille’s eight televisions.
