There are no Dippin’ Dots vendors at the National Western Stock Show — the company that created the “ice cream of the future” filed for bankruptcy in November — and Biker Jim’s truck, one of several at the Stock Show this year, wasn’t manned until 4 p.m.yesterday afternoon.
Still, we had no trouble tracking down one of our favorite snacks.
