On Friday night, I made dinner reservations in the bar of a restaurant that’s run by a chef who’s very familiar with my unapologetic disdain for filet mignon, and, as you can see from the above snap, my place setting that evening drove the point home. I do, however, have a crush on whiskey, which I’ll never turn down, especially when the bartender knows how to pour a good Sazerac.
