My assessment of the food at this Japanese restaurant can be summed up in a litany of adjectives that, as a chef or restaurateur, you hope will never be applied to your own: Bland. Flat. One dimensional. Insipid. Characterless. Wearisome. Vapid. And the service completely sucks, too.
