It’s not often that I’ll spend $17 on a burger and fries — even if the burger is a double and the fries are the grabby shoestring variety that have been responsible for an undetermined number of my butt pounds. But while both the “classic” burger and judiciously salted skinny fries were good, here’s my beef (and a potential clue): There’s no mention on the menu of the burger being any size but single. And while you’d think our server would, you know, casually let it slip that the burgers are double the pleasure, double the fun, she didn’t.
