Running from the rain/sleet/snow/graupel/hail of yesterday, I ducked into one of my favorite restaurants, grabbed a stool at the bar, knocked back a Mirror Pond Pale Ale and tucked into a quartet of cheeses, all of which are made from the milk of water buffalo.
