Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of inadvertently breakfasting next to the executive director of the Golden Chamber of Commerce, a man who takes his morning glories seriously. He highly recommended the biscuits and gravy, but I was in the mood for a proper hash and yolk-dribbling eggs, both of which the kitchen delivered.
