According to the bartender, who talked to the chef, there are seven cheeses in the macaroni and a heart attack that you see you bubbling away in the snap above. None, apparently, is Velveeta or white American, because I asked. I could be really cranky and ask you to not just name where I’m eating, but also name the cheeses. But I’m not, so I won’t.
