We shunned the lamb kabobs, the lamb shank and the chicken shawarma (all of which I love here) to better our bodies with a platter of vegetarian dishes, which included — dare I say it — the best falafel I’ve had at a Lebanese/Middle Eastern restaurant in Denver.
