I usually reserve my fried rice moments for when I have dinner with my kid, who’s obsessed with the stuff. But he was still burrowing under the covers, one of the luxuries of spring break, when I had lunch at this Asian-inspired restaurant that turns out a deeply flavorful version that’s typically vegetarian, but if you want it studded with ground pork — and I did — then the kitchen will happily fulfill your request.
