Leave it to British winemaker Ben Parsons, founder of the Infinite Monkey Theorem, the gritty winery in the Golden Triangle, to release a tap wine fittingly called Monkey Shine. Parsons, who rolled out a sparkling wine in a can during a blowout bash at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, is now introducing Monkey Shine, a proprietary blend of wine in a keg, made exclusively for Breckenridge Brewery and the Wynkoop.

And you can be one of the first to sample it tonight at Ghost Plate & Tap, 800 Eighteenth Street, which is holding a launch party from 8 p.m. to midnight with DJs and food from Mark Fischer, chef/owner of Six89 and Phat Thai in Carbondale — and soon, Phat Thai in Cherry Creek.

The party is free, but you’ll need a password to gain admittance, which, lucky for you, we have: Monkey Shine. Duh.
