Introducing Happy Hours, the new app devoted to helping you get drunk after work

Well, it’s your liver’s lucky day! Village Voice Media — owner of Westword and a bunch of other stuff — has partnered with GoTime to develop Happy Hours, an app for the iPhone and Android phones.
