The Kitchen Table Cooking School is doing double duty on meatless Monday. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today, it will offer a cooking class on “The Incredible Edible Egg”; from 6 to 9 p.m. tonight, the course is “Meatless Monday: Contemporary Mexico.”
Each class is $80, and includes food; the school is located at 5375 Landmark Place in Greenwood Village. Find more information here, or call 303-220-9769.
