Lance Barto, the former exec chef of Strings, will be in the kitchen when Central Bar & Bistro opens this summer in Highland. “You’ll find fun, creative, seasonally driven American food that incorporates French techniques with great American cooking,” Barto told Lori Midson last month. In the meantime, he’ll offer a taste of what’s to come tonight at Hush’s Pop Up Dinner.
This dinner won’t be at Central; construction on that spot is just starting.
And Hush only discloses the location of its traveling dinners to confirmed guests, so if you’re curious to try Barto’s food, go to Hush’s website to reserve your spot.
