The monthly supper club at Udi’s Pizza Cafe Bar, 7600 Grandview Avenue in Arvada, has become a vegetarian tradition. Some of chef/owner Robin Bar-on’s best plant-based recipes are served at an all-you-can-eat, family-style meal. On this last Monday in the series, the dishes will include taste hummus, pumpkin croquettas, garlic soup, pizza, garlic-bread sloppy joes, brussels sprouts and a Kabocha pumpkin pie.
