The sign haphazardly taped to the door of Leobardo’s Taco Shop, a 24/7 street-taco shack at 825 South Federal that’s one of our frequent pit stops for a fast lunch (or late-night feast) of tacos al vapor, has been in place since last Thursday (at least), which begs the question: When, exactly, is tomorrow?

The skimpy space, which holds a few stools — and not much else — is having some electrical problems, points out the hand-scrawled sign, but when I pressed my nose against the window earlier today, the quarters were desolate and dark, bereft of any electrician.

And that’s not a good sign.
