Spice up your cooking skills: Aurora’s Kitchen on the Green will be holding a Mexican cooking class from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. today. Students will learn how to whip up homemade tortillas, quesadillas, sopapillas, burritos, green chile pork, guacamole, re-fried beans and more, and also discover the best way to roast chiles. The class is $64, or $49 for Aurora residents. For more information, click here.
