Broadway’s bar scene is getting some interesting additions in 2026. Last week, we reported the upcoming opening of Good Luck Club, a Y2k-themed watering hole from the group behind spots like American Bonded and Emerald Eye. Starting today, tickets are on sale for the debut of Adventure Time Bar, which is set to open on January 15 at 101 South Broadway.

The concept is a rotating-themed cocktail bar. “Adventure Time Bar is about creating a true escape,” says Sam Wood, who owns the bar along with his wife and creative partner, Laura. “Every theme is a brand-new adventure. That sense of wonder extends to every detail, from the music and design to what’s in your glass. The cocktails don’t just complement the world, they’re central to the story.”

Sam is a veteran bartender, while Laura has worked in the entertainment industry for a decade, with a focus on creating spaces where imagination thrives and stories come to life. Each theme will run for only a short period of time before being replaced with a new, immersive experience.

Guests will purchase tickets for a ninety-minute session at Adventure Time Bar, which includes a welcome cocktail and a souvenir. The debut theme, “Neon City,” is described as “a futuristic cyberpunk world filled with glowing plasma walls, holograms trimmed in neon, and electric-blue highballs” that’s inspired by works such as Blade Runner, Akira and The Matrix.

Expect interactive elements, a custom playlist and, of course, cocktails made with the same ambitious vision. “Centrifugal clarifications, forced carbonation and molecular manipulation combine new and familiar flavors, while extravagant garnishes, layered textures and creative presentation make every drink part of the adventure,” notes an Adventure Time Bar announcement.

Menu highlights include a clear espresso martini dubbed Liquid Lace; the Atom Smashr, a boozy spin on Dippin’ Dots; and the Corpo-tini, a French onion soup-inspired dirty martini. Most cocktails can also be made booze-free.

“Every drink is meant to spark joy and surprise,” says Laura. “We love playing around with nostalgia, those familiar flavors and memories, but presenting them in a way that feels brand-new.”

Adventure Time Bar will be located at 101 South Broadway and will be open for seatings at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, with an additional 10 p.m. seating on Friday and Saturday. Reservations are available via OpenTable. For more information, visit adventuretimebar.com or follow @adventuretimebar on Instagram.
