If you’ve never been to one of the pairing dinners that Elway’s Downtown, 1881 Curtis Street, puts together, it’s time to find our what you’re missing. At 6:30 p.m. tonight, the restaurant will host the Paul Hobbs Winery Pairing Dinner, with four selections from the winery each paired with a seasonal dish.
