Brittany Hill, the first upscale restaurant in Thornton (and one with a legendary view) is back in business. After closing in 2007, the legendary spot went through several ownership/management changes; now it’s reopened as a Crystal Rose event and wedding venue. But it’s also reintroduced its brunch, which started up again yesterday.
