Fate Brewing Company opened its doors at 1600 38th Street in Boulder this week. While the brewpub can’t brew on-premise just yet, it’s serving collaborative concoctions on its thirty taps, courtesy of eight other Boulder-area breweries. And today it will add lunch to the lineup. Westword‘s Danielle Lirette stopped by recently for a peek at the space.
