Everyone who is anyone in the Colorado cannabis industry was at the VIP grand opening of NATIV Hotel — Denver’s first pot-friendly hotel — in LoDo last night. In the lobby area, guests were welcomed with music from DJ Norman Doray, champagne spiced up with jalapeno or strawberry simple syrup at the champagne bar, CBD-infused coffee and an ice-sculpture shot luge. Downstairs, the former Jet nightclub space, now Stereo Lounge, hasn’t seen such a packed dance floor in years. Opening weekend continues tonight and tomorrow with DJ Francisco Lozano and exclusive tours of the hotel rooms. Keep reading for more photos from the grand opening night.
