And there is plenty to remember about the legendary Club 404, which Jerry Feld opened more than sixty years ago. After a few attempts at selling the spot fell through, he finally sealed a deal with Craig Caldwell and his son, Andrew. The Caldwells took possession this morning, after one final party. They’re planning on fixing up the place — but not to much — and reopening again as early as the end of the month.
