Siu mei, Hong Kong-style roasted meats, are the main attraction at Hong Kong Barbecue, the restaurant tucked into a Federal Boulevard strip mall that I review this week. Not only are there whole roasted ducks hanging in a case in a prominent spot in the dining room, but you can also order a whole roasted pig to take home — or just enjoy cuts of those meats at a table in the dining room.
Here, to go with the review, are photos of the siu mei you’ll find at Hong Kong Barbecue.
