All of the ice cream at both locations is made in-house; most of the flavors are sweet, but Honness occasionally features savory options, like the maple bacon ice cream currently on the menu. The selection at the new store will rotate with the seasons, but Honness promises that there will always be a daily cereal flavor, a peanut butter flavor, something alcoholic and, of course, several chocolate flavors. And in June, the shop will introduce Honey Mint — which will use local mint leaves and honey.
